According to Spanish newspaper ABC, she commented to some friends she is considering leaving journalism to avoid a situation that may affect her boyfriend.
It is not the first time an analysis of Sara causes a fire in the ‘White’ dress room. In September 2009, the journalist described Cristiano Ronaldo as "selfish", referring t the way he played, during a morning talk show on TV channel Tele 5, reportedly causing a conflict between the Portuguese and Casillas. CR7 has not missed the opportunity to send a dart at Carbonero, implying that Sara has done wrong, "because things should stay in the dressing room."
Sara Carbonero and Iker Casillas have been dating since 2009. The video of the Real Madrid goalkeeper kissing her after winning the 2010 World Cup became an internet sensation.
