The wedding between the soccer player Andres Iniesta and Anna Ortiz became the wedding of the year not only because of the world class celebrities that attended but because of the novelties it gave the sport’s fans.

The best player of the Euro 2012 got married in Tarragona (Spain) with his girlfriend of the last four years, with whom he had his first daughter this past April, Valeria.

Aside from the high profile of the grooms, Iniesta’s teammate, the Argentinean Lionel Messi was the center of attention as he attended the ceremony with his girlfriend, Antonella Roccuzzo, who showed his baby bump in public for the first time.

That made them the most searched after couple by reporters, who did not want to miss any details of Roccuzzo’s six month pregnancy.

The couple did not disappoint with their style, while Messi used an elegant gray suit, his girlfriend wore a beautiful dress.

Lio and Antonella demonstrated that they are excited for their coming soon, which is expected to be born in October.

The wedding was a social phenomenon in the Tamarit Castle, in Altafulla, where they also had the civil ceremony, officiated by the mayor of Tarragona, Josep Felix Ballesteros, with 300 guests.
