Falcao: "I hope to improve on my marks from past seasons"

The Colombian striker of Atletico Madrid, Radamel Falcao, said ahead of the start of the La Liga, in which the the team will debut this Sunday against Levante at Ciutat de Valencia (23.00 hours), that he expects to exceed his marks from "previous seasons" after a "very positive" start.
"As a team we have to go game by game. Our game with Levante is the most important thing. If we get a good result, we will fill with confidence and drive to continue in the championship. And then personally, ithre s always the challenge to break the record of previous seasons, "said the striker  who appeared alongside Gabi and Tiago, the two players who share the responsibility of the captaincy this season.
The Colombian emphasized understanding the team. "We know more. I think the work of the entire season is going to do a lot. The important thing is to have the same arrangement that we have always had, surely the results will come out, but we have the mind set that we need a lot of effort." 
For the Atletico striker, the European Super Cup is still far from the concern for Diego Simeone's pupils. "It is not a focus if the results are not what you expect," he said.
