Barcleona manager Tito Vilanova, who was operated on December 20 for a tumor in his throat, will return to work in "15 to 20 days", assured on Friday the club's Sandro Rosell in Dubai, where he is attending the international sports conference.
"I think he will be back to work in 10 to 15 days," said Rosell in fonrt of those participating atthe conference. "He will be required to have periodical treatement, but the doctor has assured us that will not keep him form leading the team.
Vilanova, 44, left the hospital on December 22, two days after an operation to remove a tumor in his throat for which he had been operated a year prior.
The manager for Barcelona, which is currently leading the Spanish league, will receive chemotherapy and radiology for six months, according to the club.
