Honduras and Canada will play each other in the last round of the Hexagonal in San Pedro Sula with a trip to the final phase likely at stake. The game starts at 4 p.m. EST.

Canada is looking to progress to the World Cup for the second time ever. Their only appearance came in 1986.

Cuba takes on Panama from Havana in a game starting at 4 p.m. EST. Cuba is already mathematically eliminated but will want to put forth a good showing in front of the home crowd.

Panama, however, is playing for their pass to the next round and will look to punish the winless Cubans.

In a match would could hold the key to Jurgen Klinsmann's future as coach of the national team, the US takes on Guatemala from Livestrong Stadium in Kansas City at 6:15 p.m. EST

The \"Chapines\" need a tie to continue on their way to their first ever World Cup.

Jamaica needs a victory in Round 6, and help from either the US or Guatemala, in order to progress to the next round. They face Antigua and Barbuda in Kingston at 6:15 p.m. EST

With no chance progressing to the next round, Antigua & Barbuda will feel no pressure against the Jamaicans but still could produce a shock result, as they did when they tied the Jamaicans in the first leg.

Costa Rica and Guyana face off in Group B, with the Ticos needing a positive result. A win gets them through to the next round, while a tie likely gets them through as well, depending upon what happens between Mexico and El Salvador. The game will be played in San Jose at 7 p.m.

In an interesting turn of events, Guyana will be playing closer to home in Costa Rica, than in their previous \"home\" game which was to be played in Houston against Mexico.

El Tri is already through to the next round but will want to finish strong by taking care of El Salvador. The game will be played in Torreon at 9 p.m.

El Salvador needs a win against Mexico and help from Guyana to move on to the next round, a tall order when playing in Aztec territory.
